Dr. Meghan Sperandeo-Fruge, ND
Dr. Meghan Sperandeo is a board-certified naturopathic physician. She is an experienced primary care provider with special interests in women’s health, cardio metabolic health, and healthy aging.
Dr. Sperandeo practices a thoughtful, integrative style of medicine, skilled in the artful combination of conventional and natural medicine modalities. She believes in the power of a therapeutic relationship with her patients and the value of being a good listener. She has pursued advanced training in botanical medicine, functional medicine, bioidentical hormone therapy, and healthy aging through The Institute for Functional Medicine, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), and is a member of the Endocrinology Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
In addition to general care, she offers routine preventative women’s exams, reproductive care, pelvic and urologic care, comprehensive hormone management, weight management, integrative treatment for cardio-metabolic disorders, and healthy aging strategies.
She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine with High Honors from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in 2013. Upon graduating, she went on to complete a competitive two-year teaching residency at NUNM, and remained on staff as adjunct professor of endocrinology and urology.
Before co-founding Spruce Health Collective, Dr. Sperandeo has been a full time primary care physician in both Southern Oregon and Portland, OR, and spent 4 years practicing part time in urology.
Outside of her practice, Dr. Sperandeo enjoys spending time in nature—hiking, biking, practicing hot yoga, cooking, reading, and being with her family and friends.
