Choosing the right care matters. We’ve answered some of the most common questions to help you better understand our approach and feel confident in your next steps.

What insurance do you accept?

Spruce Health Collective is In Network with the following plans:

  • Aetna
  • Providence
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • HealthNet

How are we different from other offices?

We believe in the power of taking the time to truly get to know our patients. Through this relationship-centered approach, we’re able to identify the underlying factors that contribute to health and disease. We look beyond symptoms to uncover root causes, support meaningful lifestyle changes, and incorporate natural therapies when appropriate—all with the goal of helping you feel well, not just manage illness.

While we are experienced and confident in prescribing medications when needed, we use them thoughtfully and judiciously, aiming to minimize unnecessary treatments and reduce the burden of polypharmacy whenever possible.

What are your cash pay rates?

  • Initial visit: $300
  • 30 minute follow up visit: $145
  • 60 minute follow up visit: $190
  • Routine preventative exam: $250

Do you offer memberships?

Are natural medicines covered by insurance?

Not typically. There are options for discounts and reimbursement through FSA or HSA accounts.
